大音楽会 (Grand Concert) closing section, recorded live at the '68 Japan Utagoe Festival, Tokyo, 21-24 November 1968 (TLS-3003 Side B); credited on the upload as ベトナム歌曲 (Vietnamese song), sung in Vietnamese. Fifth version of Giờ Hành Động in the master - see VWSP2911 (Dihavina 6603, 1966, with composer credits), VWSP3601/VWSP3602 (Chinese pressings), VWSP3603 (Central Choir, CLS-11, 行動のとき). The same side carries the ベトナム中央歌舞団長挨拶 greeting (see VWSP4196), omitted from the YouTube upload. Same 2LP set as VWSP4237-4238.
