Released in Columbus, Ohio, the track "Vietnam's (Wall of Reflection)" (Starr Records # SF11183) by Tom Stiles & the Country Revue, contained some patriotic sentiment: "soldier's died for all", and the narrator wondered "how many Walls will there have to be" to protect the US. The picture sleeve which came with the record showed a photograph of a man by the Wall looking at the names, as the Wall reflected the people around him also visiting the memorial.
