Say Your Heart Belongs to a Soldier (Crosby Brothers, The) Teen pop. Soldier boy song Early 1960s. Billboard: "the boys are cashing in on the 'Soldier Boy' vogue. The side has no relation to the Shirelles disk but it has some interesting effects. Tex-Mex trumpet figures played in martial groove, martial rhythm and fem vocal chorus all add to the side" (1)

About the artist
The Crosby Brothers were the vocal act of Bing Crosby's four sons - Gary, Dennis, Philip and Lindsay - formed in 1958 after years of singing on their father's radio shows. Gary left in December 1959 and the remaining trio continued into the early 1960s, cutting an MGM LP (1960) and Dot singles including "Say Your Heart Belongs To A Soldier" b/w "The Call Of Summer" (Dot 45-16370).
