Annotation

Christian rock artist, born 8 April 1947 in Corpus Christi, Texas, USA, died 24 February 2008 in Salem, Oregon, USA, released the song "Peace, Pollution, Revolution" (MGM Records # 2006 105), an anti-war song with religious content, which noted some prominent demonstrations, with the narrator saying he "marched for peace in Washington", and "gave blood in Chicago" - probably a reference to the protest and confrontation outside the 1968 Democratic National Convention in Chicago.
