The insert prints scores and lyrics of all four songs, and a catalogue of Center Record releases that includes "ベトナムの母さんへ" (CLS-3) and "自由ベトナム行進曲" (MLS-1003). The lyrics call for people to join hands and walk together for children's future, for Okinawa's return and Japanese independence, and for peace and happiness for Vietnam's mothers and children.
