About the artist
Captain Howdy was the collaborative project of Mark Kramer (Shimmy-Disc founder, ex-Bongwater and Shockabilly) and Penn Jillette of Penn & Teller, active 1992-1997 and based in New York City per the album liner notes. Two albums: "Tattoo Of Blood" (Shimmy Disc, 1994 - title track written by Lou Reed, guests including Deborah Harry) and "Money Feeds My Music Machine" (1997).
