Y Triban (catalogued as Triban; "y" is the Welsh definite article) were a Welsh-language folk group active c.1968-78, recording mainly for Cambrian Records of Pontardawe, later Wren and EMI, with a 2011 Sain retrospective. A Welsh-folk source names the lineup as Eiri Thrasher, Caryl Williams and Bob Richards - a mixed trio. "Vietnam" is confirmed as side B2 of their 1970 Cambrian EP "Y Triban".
