The Dave Pell Singers were the choral-pop vehicle of Dave Pell (born 26 February 1925 in Brooklyn, New York; died 8 May 2017 at his home in Canoga Park, California), the Los Angeles jazz saxophonist, Dave Pell Octet leader, and A&R man/producer. "Thank God The War Is Over" is track 9 of their LP "Mah-Na-Mah-Na" (Liberty LST 7631, 1969), anchoring the credit directly.
