His Vietnam-era anti-protest sides include 'Silent Majority' / 'Adam and Eve' (Cap-Tone 0017, c.1971, credited Jack Rivers and The All Americans) and 'Remember Me - The Flag' (Cap 0019, 1972); several releases carry the Jack Rivers credit.
