Annotation — Peace, Protest, & Anti-War Songs

The pop rock group which formed in Chicago, Illinois in 1967, dedicated the album to "ourselves, our futures and our energies to the people of the revolution...and the revolution in all its forms". The track "It Better End Soon" (Columbia Records # KGP 24) protested against war (while not actually mentioning 'Vietnam') and criticised the actions of the "big heads of state". Thus, a general peace movement track of the era.
