James Richard 'Bo' Ratliff (1933-2024) was a country and rockabilly singer born in Logan County, West Virginia, who recorded for Karl, O.Bo., CLW, Arrow, Rome and Sims and later led the family gospel group Bo and the Ribbons; 'Give Them Guns' (CLW 7011, 1971, co-written with producer Jim Ward) is listed in his Wikipedia discography.
