From Viet Nam to Dolan (Buck Griffin) (Foundation Records # 10415). 1964. Born Albert Clayton Griffin in Corsicana, Texas in 1923. Died in Erick, Oklahoma in 2009. (1) (2) (3) Rockabilly. Soldier discharged from army following injury in Vietnam. On bus home, can't wait for the celebrations in his little town, there will be a parade where he will be the main attraction, and he'll kiss his family and sweetheart. Image of veterans returning home as heroes in small town, 1964. May have been different in the early 1970s.
