French singer (chanteuse engagee), born Simonne Lacrampe-Peyroutet in Lourdes, France, 8 August 1922; died in Malaussanne, France, 21 December 2014. Multiple Prix Charles-Cros winner, active in the Paris rive gauche cabaret scene from 1955.
