The track "America (2nd Amendment)" (Immediate # IM 068) is an instrumental protest song by the British group The Nice - an arrangement from Leonard Bernstein's West Side Story. It also appeared under the title "America". 2nd amendment refered to the US Bill of Rights statute for bearing arms. At the end of the song a child speaks, interpreted by many as a dig at Vietnam: "America is pregnant with promises and anticipation, but is murdered by the hand of the inevitable".
