The Hard Feelings, Garage Punk group formed in Austin, Texas, USA, led by John Schooley, released the song "(We Need Another) Vietnam" (Sympathy for the Record Industry # SFTRI 604), recorded at Sweatbox Studios, Austin TX 15-17 January 2000, criticised its current generation: "I think my generation stinks, all the kids without a clue". And thus they called for "another Vietnam...let's drop some napalm" - a reference to chemical weapon Napalm B - a jellied gasoline mixture, with polystyrene, benzene, and gasoline. Declared a war-crime since 1980, the US government extensively used this weapon during the Vietnam conflict, dropping 388,000 tons on Indochina between 1963 and 1973. (1) (2) (3)
