Notes

"Aktieplaat Luchtbrug naar het Leven — actie ter redding van kinderen uit Vietnam": Dankers N.V. (Coolsingel, Rotterdam) RC 155, 45 rpm, sold at f 3.50 with at least f 2.50 a copy going to the Luchtbrug naar het Leven (airlift to life) appeal for Vietnamese children; made with the unpaid help of Simon Carmiggelt, Robert de Vries, SIEGRO Studio Rotterdam, De Arbeiderspers, ROCKA Rotterdam and Bovema.
